Before Your Visit.

Updated October 11, 2026

Clear information for planning your care.

Where Care Is Available

In-person care: Florida, United States.
4270 Aloma Ave #120 Ste 403, Winter Park, FL 32792.

For telehealth, confirm availability for your physical location and chosen service with the clinic before scheduling. Access to this website or the online store does not establish eligibility for medical care.

Personalized Medical Care

Website information is educational. Medical care begins with an individual assessment by an appropriately licensed clinician. A consultation does not guarantee a prescription or a particular outcome.

Before treatment, discuss likely benefits, possible side effects, alternatives, and follow-up with your clinician. Prescriptions require a valid clinical relationship and an authorized prescriber.

Your treating clinician must be authorized to provide the service where you are physically located. Meet the care team and ask who will provide your care before scheduling.

Medical Care and Shopping

The online store is a separate, Altro-hosted shopping experience. Browsing or buying a product does not replace medical care or establish eligibility for a prescription. Review the seller, product details, costs, and terms before ordering.

Our peptide, vitamin and therapy guide includes nutrition consultations and an educational reference. Prescription peptides are distinct from nutritional supplements; a listing does not confirm clinical availability, legal availability, or suitability. Supplements are not presented as cures, treatments, or prevention for disease.

Compounded medicines, if discussed as a clinical option, are not FDA-approved. They are not FDA-approved generic versions of brand-name medicines, and FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness, or quality before marketing. Read FDA’s guidance on unapproved GLP-1 medicines.

Product and Pharmacy Information

The guide contains educational examples; a listing does not confirm that a product is offered. Product references, including Olympia-branded examples, do not establish a pharmacy partnership.

Before considering a prescription, confirm the exact preparation, ingredients, route, compounding status and dispensing pharmacy with your clinician. The product, pharmacy and patient-specific need require review; a listing is not an offer to purchase a prescription.

Your Right to a Good Faith Estimate

If you do not have insurance or are not using it, you have the right to a written estimate of expected healthcare costs, including related tests, medicines, and other items or services.

  • Schedule 3–9 business days ahead: the estimate is due within 1 business day after scheduling.
  • Schedule 10 or more business days ahead: it is due within 3 business days after scheduling.
  • You may also request an estimate before booking; it is due within 3 business days of your request.
  • If a provider’s bill is at least $400 above that provider’s estimate, you may be eligible to dispute it.

Keep a copy of your estimate. Ask each provider involved in your care for an estimate. To request one from Le Paon, contact us. Learn more at CMS.gov/nosurprises/consumers or call 1-800-985-3059.

Your Information and Choices

You can ask questions about your care, expected costs, and the professionals providing it. Read Florida’s Patient’s Bill of Rights and Responsibilities.

Use the patient portal for medical information. Contact the clinic to request its Notice of Privacy Practices. Privacy Policy is available separately.
